Colour: golden straw
Bouquet: grapefruit, orange zest, vanilla, cinnamon, apple pie.
Palate: Medim bodied, with notes of apple, pear, honey, grapefruit followed by a hint of light lees resulting in a round mouth feel with underlying acid and solid oak characters.
Food Pairings: Jerk chicken, smoked salmon, oysters or simply honeydew or mangoes.
