Bouquet: Floral, grapefruit, apple and pear note with hints of spice, butter and vanilla.
Palate: Medium bodied, with citrus, grapefruit and pear
finished with light characters of oak.
Food Pairings: Schnitzel, Escargot, Seafood salad, BBQ
salmon and Port Salut Cheese.
