Palate: Fresh, crisp, acidic style with grapefruit, mineral, granny smith apples, lime rind, peach and nectarine flavors.
Food Pairings: Scrambled eggs with Smoked Salmon, Crab
Crepes, Gyoza, Prosciutto e Melon.
