Sauvignon Blanc 2008
Colour: Pale straw with green hues.
Bouquet: Tropical fruit, floral, apple gooseberry, asparagus and layers of citrus.
Palate: Medium bodied wine with rich layers of tropical fruit, framed by a vibrant acidity, light grassy notes and citrus characters linger through the finish of the wine.
Food Pairings: Greek salad, deep fried oysters, seafood au gratin and of course strong or mild cheeses.
